Reject and Resubmit是否还有希望 已有1人参与

各位前辈好，在下6月份投稿一篇文章，10月份收到回信，给出的意见是“ Reject and Resubmit (14-Oct-2023)；Expires on: 13-Oct-2024” 副主编的意见如下： It has been decided that, although the work is interesting and may be worthy of eventual publication, the manuscript in its current form cannot be accepted and requires MAJOR REVISIONS. Extensive revisions or additions, are necessary before resubmission. Below you may find comments from the reviewers and/or associate editor which should be addressed when resubmitting your manuscript in its revised form. You may see the note "Comments to the Author (There are no comments) " If so, you may find comments from the Reviewer in a separate file attached to this e-mail, which may also be viewed on-line in your author center in Manuscript Central. Go to Manuscripts With Decisions and click on View Decision Letter (next to the listing for this manuscript.) Links to Reviewer files will appear at the bottom of the Letter. Please submit a revised manuscript as a Resubmission to T-2023-852, not a new paper (a new paper ID will be assigned), incorporating the comments. Also, please submit your comments, detailing the changes you have made. To RESUBMIT your revision: Log in and open your Author Center https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ieee-tcpmt Click on Manuscripts with Decisions At bottom of screen click on Create a Resubmission next to the manuscript to be resubmitted Follow the steps for submission 一共三个审稿人，两个给出了技术性的评论，但有一个审稿人给的评论是这样的： Dear authors, Please get familiar with the numerous existing publications in the field. Thought you might be willing to revise your paper. 请教各位大神，这是拒稿吗？为啥还要给我一个限定时间？对于这样的评审意见是否还要继续修改稿件？或者直接重投其他杂志？ |
