Springer operates a program called Open Choice that offers authors the option of having their articles published with Open Access in exchange for an article processing fee.       Copyright and Open Access
      Authors opting for Open Access in the Springer Open Choice program are not required to transfer their copyright. Instead, simply by confirming the Open Access choice, they certify that they are the authors (and that they are authorized by any co-authors to choose Open Access also on their behalf) and vouch for their articles?? integrity and lawfulness.

   Payment Information
   Authors opting for Open Access in the Springer Open Choice program, agree to pay the article processing fee. The standard fee is US$3000 (net). Customers in the Americas will be charged in US dollars, and customers in Europe, Asia, and Africa will be charged the equivalent fee in Euros. VAT and other applicable taxes are not included in the standard fee of US$3000 (net), and will be added according to the requirements of the country where the order is placed.

选 “No Open Access”,就不要交钱。三千美金太贵了，最好不要选，除非你money多
