各位：投稿Journal of Hazardous Materials拒稿说创新性不足，可重投吗？还是转投？

 各位大佬：最近投了一个药物毒理机制的论文 至 Journal of Hazardous Materials期刊拒稿说创新性不足（首次做药物毒理，且进行了多组学和分子机制研究，仍说新颖性不足）， 可以重新投稿吗？ 他们总是建议转投？？ 转投哪个期刊好？ |
