被journal of molecular evolution拒稿，请问这期刊怎么样啊？

journal of molecular evolution 这个期刊2007年影响因子才3点多。08年降了…… 因为刚刚涉及这个领域，不太了解这个期刊的水平，而且影响因子有时候也不能说明什么，所以想请教各位达人：这个期刊如何？ 7月22日投稿，推荐了国外的两个领域内的大牛审稿（一个都不认识，只是有幸拜读过他们的作品，并引用了），有一个大牛竟然不用匿名审稿（I waive anonymity）。期间还在祈福版发光了金币。 两个月以后有了消息，修改后重投。——看来文章不行，发金币也没有用啊。 下面是编辑意见、副主编意见 主编： We have now obtained reviews of your manuscript "*******", and based on concerns raised by the reviews and by the Associate Editor who handled your paper, I cannot accept your paper for publication. This negative decision reflects our view that these concerns will be difficult for you to address in a revised manuscript. Despite this negative decision, I would like to acknowledge our interest in your paper, and would be pleased to receive a new (or extensively revised) manuscript from you on this subject if you could satisfactorily address the concerns spelled out below. You will have to submit your paper as a new submission, and it will be treated accordingly. However, please include a letter detailing the changes you have made and how they apply to our concerns. Please note that this letter may be provided to future reviewers. Thank you for allowing the Journal of Molecular Evolution to consider your work, and I hope to see see a new manuscript from you in the near future, which we will handle as expeditiously as possible. 副主编： This manuscript has been reviewed by two experts. Both of them give it very consistent comments: “this manuscript has great potential. However, the author needs to do a proper analysis of his data”. I agree with reviewers’ opinion that the data collected and the analyses done herein by authors cannot support their interesting hypotheses.
