收到录用通知，请各位高手帮忙鉴定鉴定

国庆放假回来发现收到会议EEEE2009（http://www.isec-edu.hk/eeee/cfp.htm）的录用通知，但是我发现它会议网站的信息比较少，请有经验的前辈们帮忙看看这个会议可靠吗？下面是录用通知的一部分摘录： Dear Thank you for your submission to EEEE 2009. We are pleased to inform you that, according to the reports from anonymous reviewers, the following distinguished work from you has been accepted for EEEE 2009, with the publisher of IEEE CS, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. You are kindly reminded with the following important notes: 1. Open the link and find a lot of information of paper submission http://www.isec-edu.hk/eeee/EEEEregistration/ 2. In order to make high quality of EEEE 2009 proceedings, the camera-ready version should follow IEEE CS format strictly. If your paper not follow IEEE CS format strictly, your paper will be not indexed by EI and ISTP.
