[交流] 密西根大学生命科学研究所诚聘博士后和访问学者(神经生物学/生理学)

密西根大学生命科学研究所李鹏博士课题组诚聘博士后和访问学者研究呼吸的神经调控机制。课题组负责人李鹏博士先后在清华大学获得学士学位, 在南加大获得博士学位(师从Henry Sucov教授)。其后师从美国国家科学院和医学院两院院士, 斯坦福大学霍华德休斯医学研究所Mark Krasnow教授进行博士后研究。李鹏博士课题组以小鼠为研究模型，采用光遗传学，药物遗传学，病毒神经环路示踪，单细胞测序等先进技术研究呼吸调控的神经环路与机制。李博士的研究成果和文章以第一作者或通讯作者发表于Nature，Nature Methods，Current Biology，Cell Reports，Developmental Cell， Development等国际权威学术期刊。相关信息请见https://www.lsi.umich.edu/science/our-labs/li-lab. 密西根大学位于美国最佳宜居城市密西根州安娜堡，是世界著名顶尖公立研究型大学，其2022年U.S. News世界大学排名位列全球第17位。

The laboratory of Dr. Peng Li at the Life Sciences Institute of the University of Michigan is currently seeking postdoctoral fellows and visiting scholars to become part of our dynamic research team. Our research seeks to unravel the molecular and neural mechanisms that integrate internal states and sensory inputs to regulate behaviors.

One specific area of interest in the Li Lab is understanding the neural control of breathing and its implications in conditions associated with breathing abnormalities, such as epilepsy, sleep apnea, and sudden infant death syndrome. To address these questions, we employ cutting-edge techniques, including viral circuit tracing, optogenetics, chemogenetics, pharmacology, respiratory physiology, single-cell RNA sequencing, functional imaging, and novel genetic tools to study the heterogeneity and functions of neuronal populations involved in behavior control in mouse models.
