[交流] 帮忙翻译一段摘要

脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中甘油含量的测定，目前尚未见相关文献报道。我国测定方法主要参照GB/T 22328-2008《动植物油脂1-单甘酯和游离甘油含量的测定》和《生物柴油中甘油含量、总甘油含量的测定》。但由于脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺成分与生物柴油和动植物单甘脂有所不同，上述方法对脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中甘油含量的测定的适用性还有待考察。本文分别采用上述方法对本公司生产的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的甘油含量进行了测定，实验结果表明国标法更适合脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中甘油含量的测定。但在国标法测定过程中发现，用体积分数为5%的乙酸溶液萃取时，乳化现象较明显；且因无需测定6501中酰胺的含量。因此，本文在国标法的基础上做了些修改及简化了测定步骤。并对修改后的测定方法的回收率、精密度和线性相关性予以考察，结果准确可信。
