[求助] IEEE上传终稿后，编辑部发邮件提示mismatch problem file 已有1人参与

返修的IEEE论文，前几天收到了accept的邮件，邮件里一个审稿人还有一点小问题，但AE给了接收。我就针对那个审稿人的问题又调整了再上传的终稿（PDF和Tex）。现在收到编辑助理邮件，说传的终稿和accept版本不一致。邮件里说经过review，同意更改，让我发送与源文件匹配的接受pdf。但又要我提供accept版本相匹配的原始稿件文件和PDF。
邮件内容如下：

There is a mismatch problem with this article.The files are attached for your review.
Upon further review, the changes are approved. Please email an accepted pdf that matches the source file in order to proceed with production. Thanks!
Few equations mismatches in between the source file and accepted PDF.
Also, few texts do not match in between the source file and accepted PDF. Please provide both a source manuscript file and a PDF file that match the accepted version of the article.
