你投稿的论文不符合该杂志的要求，因此没能送给编辑进行评审。你按照Guide for Authors的要求对文章进行修改，包括文章格式、图、表以及参考文献等，最好下载该杂志最新的文章对照修改，还要提供最多不超过5个的关键词。按照要求修改后，要准备一封信，对你所作的修改进行详细阐述。然后把修改后的论文及该封信去重新投稿就OK了。
不过，仍然不能保证该文章能够送审。
