香港科技大学跨学科学院 向畅颖教授课题组接受研究助理教授申请

We are recruiting Research Assistant Professors! There is a unique opportunity to join one of the best science and technology universities in HK and all over the world-The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology HKUST, which has ranked No.1 for continuously 12 years in the field of engineering in Hong Kong. We are looking for outstanding candidates with sound academic backgrounds and strong motivations in the research frontiers of: AI+Design Advanced Solar Material Design Sustainable Architecture The successful selected candidates will join the Division of Integrative Systems and Design (ISD) working in the Research Group of Smart Sustainable Architecture and Zero Carbon Cities, led by Prof. Changying XIANG. The RAPs' starting salary is HK$45,000 per month, the first contract period is 2 years, the RAPs are expected to conduct high quality INTERDISCIPLINARY research which can bring new research ideas to enhance the strengths of the University. Requirement: 1. Excellent candidate in related fields, with PhD degree from world renowed univerisities, postdoc experience is preferred; 2. Sound academic records; 3. Experience with fund applications in Hong Kong (such as GRF) is an adding value. 4. Smart and mature in mind, good team management skills/PhD supervision experience is preferred. The team has close connections with the HKUST School of Engineering, HKUST GREAT Smart Cities Institute, HKUST State Key Laboratory of Advanced Displays and Optoelectronics Technologies, Sustainable Energy and Environment Thrust (HKUST GZ), and newly established HKUST Art Tech lab (with top researchers in Hong Kong).
