请帮看下刚收到的Springer的两封邮件

我在9月1日完成稿件的“作者校清样”，昨天收到Springer的邮件如下： 主题：Your article in ****** is now online at SpringerLink Dear Dr. Jiang, The Springer Marketing Team congratulates you on the electronic publication of your article ***************. The article is now available on SpringerLink http://www.springerlink.com/openurl.asp?genre=article&id=doi:10.1007/s11801-009-9071-1 and will be fully accessible to libraries, institutions and their patrons that have purchased a SpringerLink license. If your article is published in Springer�s Open Choice program it will be freely accessible to any SpringerLink user.
