求助APTES 和TEOS的分子印迹反应--量子点如何分散到乙醇中？

小弟想请教一个问题，下面是文献里面的反应：Briefly, 1.8 mL of TritonX-100 was added to 7.5 mL of cyclohexane, and the resulting mixture was magnetically stirred for 15 min. Subsequently, 400.0 μL of QDs（(CdS/CdSe/ZnS)） (500.0 μg), 50.0 μL of TEOS, and 100.0 μL of ammonia (25.0%-28.0%, v/v) were sequentially added. After stirring for 2 h, 15.6 μL of STX (1.0 mg/mL, dissolved in methanol) and 22.8 μL of APTES were added to methanol (0.2 mL) and reacted with the above mixture for 12 h at room temperature. 我就是按照这个反应做的，但是最后并没有得到MIP-QDS，我发现最后的聚合物特别的少，只有0.01克，并且我分散到乙醇中，测试荧光，并没有荧光。感觉是反应失败了，不知道为什么QDS没包在里面？反应中我保持避光，但没有通氮气。和通氮气有关么?请求帮助我一下！十分感谢！ |
