The Department of Plant Sciences at North Dakota State University is seeking a research specialist to conduct, analyze data and prepare reports/results of food processing, including, but not limited to, cereal and grain-based food products
Minimum Qualification:
•        M. S. or equivalent in Food Science, Cereal Science, Plant Science or related fields.
•        Experience with laboratory procedures related to food analysis
•        Experience with establishing testing protocols (HPLC, and GC related)
•        Experience in experimental result preparation and interpretation for scientific publication, and writing scientific journal articles.
•        Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
•        Experience in Extruder and 3D printer.
•        Supervisory experience
Language: English proficiency is not required to get this job

Advertised Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
