是不是Computers and Mathematics and Applications? 我投过1篇，2个月都是Submitted to Journal, 写信问了两次，都是这种回复，我就撤稿了，打算以后再也不投了。

才发现是Appl Math Lett，这个和Comput Math Appl是一起处理稿件的，以前是同一个出版社，主编都是一个人
