This is very important point: did you pool your five samples from 10 same or different seedlings? I mean that did you sample altogether 50 seedlings (10 seedling to one sample makes five soil samples)? In other words, were the 10 seedlings pooled into one soil bag different then in other pooled samples? If you have in your pooled soil samples soil from same seedlings, you have lost information on the variation in the field and your 5 replicates are more or less like laboratory replicates! 这个怎么回答呢？他的意思是我的重复没做够还是？ [ Last edited by nxssw on 2009-10-5 at 15:38 ] |
