去年投了一个小文章到Desalination，今天收到这封回信，我该怎么办好呢？ Dear Author, Your paper has been under review. However since I resigned as editor of Desalination on July 1 2009, Elsevier has requested that all articles by submitted to: http://ees.elsevier.com/des/default.asp I have now launched another journal Desalination and Water Treatment (DWT) which has been accepted for the Web of Science and will be pleased if you submit future papers to this journal. If you wish to publish your paper, DES 5436 in DWT we can proceed with the review from where we stopped. In this case you would have to first withdraw your paper from Desalination.
