在英文投稿的审稿人意见要求具体介绍如何计算回收率。下面是我查到的中文，求助英文解释。多谢了 回收率有空白加标回收和样品加标回收两种 空白加标回收：在没有被测物质的空白样品基质中加入定量的标准物质，按样品的处理步骤分析，得到的结果与理论值的比值即为空白加标回收率。 样品加标回收：相同的样品取两分，其中一份加入定量的待测成分标准物质；两份同时按相同的分析步骤分析，加标的一份所得的结果减去未加标一份所得的结果，其差值同加入标准的理论值之比即为样品加标回收率。 加标回收率的测定, 是实验室内经常用以自控的一种质量控制技术. 对于它的计算方法, 文献[1, 2 ]中均给定了一个理论公式： 加标回收率= (加标试样测定值－试样测定值)÷加标量×100%. |
