大家帮忙看看编辑是不是生气了？？

大家帮我看看，我第一篇文章被拒了，然后好好地按照审稿人的意见修改了，老板的意思是重新投这个杂志，然后我就照办了。 结果等了半个月，主编直接又据了，大家看看他是不是非常生气？觉得我有必要再投么？ 其实我是重新提交了第二篇啊，只不过在cover letter里面注明了我这个是第一篇的修改稿，然后把审稿人的意见和我所做的修改付在了后面，请求编辑能够发给审稿人。说实话，我的语气相当有礼貌。可是编辑看起来非常不高兴。这个法国人。。。 “The initial manuscript was rejected definitively. The present submission is a NEW submission. Therefore, the response to reviewer's comments should not be joined to the new manuscript submitted for publication. In other words, the manuscript cannot be submitted to the reviewer's evaluation under the present form and must be rejected. Please upload again the manuscript in the EES without any comments and documents related to the initial paperwhich was rejected. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.” |
