编辑给我下列三条，请问怎么办啊？3个reviewer应该找谁啊？而且第三条中格式要求指的是Word里的“段落—行距”吗？可是那WORD提交后会自动生成PDF文件的啊！

Comments:

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

2) Full contact addresses of three potential reviewers including their e-mail addresses should be provided.

3) Type the whole manuscript with uniform lettering and sizing and with double line spacing.


然后编辑又说：
You are welcome to resubmit your manuscript. Should you do so, please ensure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/jpba/ top of screen. You must also submit a separate list of responses to the problems that were raised, under the submission item "Responses to technical check results". A sample of the "Responses" sheet can be found    at:http://www.elsevierscitech.com/l ... echnical_Check.pdf. We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed.

请问编辑又说的是什么？

请问有在这杂志上发表过文章的同学能教教我吗？

目前你的文章英语水平达不到杂志的要求，有大量的语法错误，拼写和结构错误。请仔细检查并仔细精炼你的语言

要有3个审稿人及其联系方式和email地址（通常选3个本领域内或和该文章相关的）

3) Type the whole manuscript with uniform lettering and sizing and with double line spacing.
整篇文章格式不一致，另外还要双倍间距（看格式要求Guide for Authors ）

然后编辑又说：
