编辑给我下列三条，请问怎么办啊？3个reviewer应该找谁啊？而且第三条中格式要求指的是Word里的“段落—行距”吗？可是那WORD提交后会自动生成PDF文件的啊！

Comments:

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

2) Full contact addresses of three potential reviewers including their e-mail addresses should be provided.

3) Type the whole manuscript with uniform lettering and sizing and with double line spacing.

然后编辑又说：

Should you do so, please ensure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/jpba/ top of screen.
