关于硫酸角质素抗体的简介

又称硫酸角质，与蛋白质形成结合体存在于哺乳类的角膜、椎间板、软骨和动脉中，也就是以蛋白多糖（proteoglgcan）形式存在的一种粘多糖。在多数情况下和硫酸软骨素共存，也有时两者只有一个蛋白质部分。在胎儿期软骨的蛋白多糖中几乎不含有硫酸角质素，但随着年龄增加其含量渐增，这可作为动物结缔组织伴随年龄发生变化的例证。硫酸角质素是以D-半乳糖和N-乙酰葡糖胺-6-硫酸形成的双糖作为主要重复单位，一部分半乳糖在6位上被硫酸化或分枝成别的糖链。有的硫酸角质素也含有少量岩藻糖，硅铝酸，这种细微的不均一的结构，是组织上的特异性。从与蛋白质结合的形式上来看，在角膜的硫酸角质素是N-乙酰葡糖胺和天门冬氨酸以N-糖苷键相结合，而软骨等骨骼系统的硫酸角质素是N-乙酰葡糖胺和丝氨酸、蛋氨酸以 O－糖苷键相结合而彼此不同。不论哪一种情况，在结合区附近，均尚有数分子甘露糖存在。 硫酸角质素抗体 Catalyzes the transfer of sulfate to position 6 of galactose residues of keratan. It has a preference for sulfating keratan sulfate, but it also transfers sulfate to the unsulfated polymer. The sulfotransferase activity on sialyl LacNAc structures is much higher than the corresponding desialylated substrate, and only internal galactose residues are sulfated. It also may function in the sulfation of sialyl N-acetyllactosamine oligosaccharide chains attached to glycoproteins. It participates in biosynthesis of selectin ligands. Selectin ligands are present in high endothelial cells (HEVs) and play a central role in lymphocyte homing at sites of inflammation. Aggrecan is the major proteoglycan of human articular cartilage. The core protein is substituted by a number of keratan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate glycosaminoglycan chains.
