To ensure the very highest standards, authors must provide a covering letter or e-mail justifying the need for urgent publication when they submit their paper. This will be read by the Editors alongside the paper so as to form a view of whether the paper should be sent for rapid reviewing. The authors of those submissions considered to be scientifically correct but not requiring fast track publication will be offered the opportunity to have their work considered for publication as a Short Communication in the Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry or Electrochimica Acta. 上面是这样说的， 那写这个cover letter 的时候，要说明为什么文章适合投快讯吗？？还是只需要说明文章的主要内容？？ |
