water content是什么意思呀，我看到的一篇文献里说明water content为0.08mass%

看的这篇文献： importance of water content in formation of porous anodic niobium oxide films in hot phosphate╟glycerol electrolyte 我不懂的地方在：niobium has been anodized at a constant current density to 10 v with a current decay in10wt% k2hpo4╟glycerol electrolyte containing 0.08╟0.65 mass% water at 433 k to develop porous anodic oxide films. 这个0.08-0.65mass%water 是多少，这个0.08mass%等于0.08wt%吗？ 我用的甘油是157g，磷酸氢二钾为17.513g，按照0.08%质量浓度来算的话只需要0.015568ml的水，这拿量筒也取不出来啊 |
