图5-4是以十二胺为氮源制备的氮掺杂TiO2的N 1s XPS谱图。从图中可见,除了401.1 eV的峰以外,并没有其它的N 1s峰被检测到。XPS分析揭示了S替代氧原子掺杂到TiO2晶格中,氮可能以N-Ti-O和Ti-O-N共存在TiO2中。

N-doped TiO2 which was prepared using "12-amine" as the N source.  From the figure, it can be seen that there are no other peaks except one at 401.1 eV. This reveals that  S atoms resume the oxygen positions in the TiO2 crystal structure by oxygen replacement and N atoms may together exist in the TiO2 structure in forms of both N-Ti-O and Ti-O-N.

Figure 5-4 indicated the N 1s XPS spectrum of nitrogen dopped with TiO2 by using dodecylamine as the nitrogen source. No other N 1s peak was tested except the peak at 401.1 eV. XPS analysis suggested that S as the substitute of oxygen was dopped in TiO2 lattice, where nitrogen may coexist as the form of N-Ti-O and Ti-O-N.
