看了一篇文献，其中一段电子衍射图谱分析没看懂，请教各位大侠。这是不是低指数带轴衍射？能说说具体分析过程吗？谢谢了啊！ The interdistance of lattice planes is approximately 0.38nm;, which can be indexed to the (0 0 2) plane. Meanwhile, the electron diffraction pattern (inset in Figure 3B) can be indexed to the [11 0] zone axis of tetragonal ×××, further confirming that the nanowires are crystalline and grow along [0 0 1] axis. |
