[求助] 有位审稿人的两条意见没有看懂，麻烦大家帮忙看一下已有1人参与

投的论文意见回来了，第三个审稿人有两条意见没有看懂：
1.Some abbreviations, i.e., MCR and BCD should be used in abstract part. The authors should check this situations in other parts.
这意思是摘要里不要用缩写吗？但是我摘要如下：
"Meanwhile, to ensure information security, the transmission to the mobile communication relay (MCR)
on the train ...".
"Then, the block coordinate descent (BCD) algorithm is adopted to decouple the problem into two main sub-problems ...".
这算用缩写吗？我看该期刊其他文章都是这种表达方式。

2.More insights should be presented based on the optimization algorithm, such as BCD.
这意思是啥？是要我多解释为什么要用BCD吗？

求解答。
