先说下过程: 投稿4个多月后,返回让修改说reconsider if revised, 1个多月后修改稿返回, 又过了4个月得到消息"accept if revised",附了一个新的审稿人意见. 这种状态是什么?已经接收?还是不一定,修的不好也拒? 也没说大修还是小修,修改期限1个月,应是小修吧? 附编辑信附 Dear *, We would be happy to publish your manuscript ************ in the journal provided that it is revised in accordance with the enclosed referee comments. Your revised manuscript is due......Kindly supply a modified version of the paper and point out where all changes were made when resubmitting it for further consideration of publication in the journal.
