关于论文抄袭

Appl. 352 (2) (2009) 846–855] Li Zhu, Wuhan Institute of Technology, School of Sciences, Wuhan, China This article has been retracted at the request of the editor as the author has plagiarized part of a paper that had already appeared in the International Journal of Mathematics (vol. 19, no. 10 (2008)), doi:10.1142/S0129167X08005114. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system.
