[交流] 关于一稿多投的紧急求助

向某个杂志发邮件投稿，一直没有收到“收稿通知”，也没有审稿信息，更没有要求交纳版面费之类的回复，等等。一句话，就是投出了文章啥信息也没有。
2个月后将文章发往另一个杂志，很快录用，并见刊。
大约半年后(昨天)，在期刊网上一查，竟然杳无音信的那个杂志把我的文章发表了，还上了期刊网！！！！

这样，我算是一稿多投吗？如何解决，评职称结果即将公示，会不会有啥影响？

最近刚偶然的机会看到这样一个撤稿通知：
This article has been retracted at the request of the editor as the author has plagiarized part of a paper that had already
appeared in the International Journal of Mathematics (vol. 19, no. 10 (2008)), doi:10.1142/S0129167X08005114. One of the
conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has
not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a
severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and we
apologize to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
