JPC审了4个月，编辑给拒掉了，大家帮忙看看编辑的意见重投有希望吗

论文是5.13投出去的，3个月后没有消息，问了一下编辑，说是审稿专家耽误了。至今只有一个审稿意见，编辑最后决定据稿。下面是编辑的回复意见： Dear Prof. Shi: We have now received one review of your manuscript. We had hoped to have a second review, but this has not been received. After considering these comments, I have decided not to publish this paper in the Journal of Physical Chemistry. After considering the evaluation of this reviewer, you may modify the manuscript and re-submit it. If you do this, please enclose detailed comments about the changes made. We appreciate your thinking of the Journal of Physical Chemistry and welcome your contributions. If you choose to resubmit to another journal, we wish you every success. With sincere regards. 好失望啊。如果重投能有希望吗？这是本人的第一篇论文啊。 |
