【2009-10-20】【新加坡】第2届ICCSN 2010国际会议(Ei,ISTP双检索)

The 2010 International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2010) Singapore 26-28 February, 2010 http://www.iccsn08.org/ The 2010 International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2010) will be held in Singapore during 26-28 February, 2010. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Communication Software and Networks. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Communication Software and Networking related techniques. All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. The proceedings will also be published by Conference Publishing Service, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and submitted to INSPEC, Thomson ISI, and Ei Compendex for indexing. A selection of the best papers will be invited for a special issue in a mainstream journal. ICCSN 2010 includes also plenary invited presentations by experts from academia and industry.
