请问主编这样是不是拒我了

投稿到一个SCI杂志 一个月后进入awaiting EIC decision 三天后主编发来两封邮件 一封说In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) found at the bottom of this letter, in the present form, your manuscript could not be accepted for publication in ****. Please improve your manuscript as suggested by the reviewers and then resubmit。十分钟后主编大人追加一封邮件说道：Please cite your paper in **** and make sure no published materials are included in this manuscript（貌似是因为submit的文章中有两张图是自己已经发表的文章里的，忘了加引用了）. 上杂志网站查稿件状态是rejected，呜呜，痛哭 但是因为那个resubmit又燃起了我一点点侥幸心理 是不是照他的改改再投还有点希望呢？ 请大家指点迷津啊 |
