结果表明:随着焙烧温度升高两者的催化活性均是先增加,然后趋于稳定,最后下降。在400~600 ℃时,两者活性相似;此时,两者比表面积最大,表面酸碱活性中心对暴露最多;而当焙烧温度在250~400 ℃及700 ℃以上时,MgZrAlO型氧化物的活性明显优于Mg2Al1-LDO,可能原因是400 ℃以下焙烧的MgZrAlO含有一定Zr-OH,其也具有活性,而高温下焙烧的MgZrAlO表面,ZrO2晶粒与MgO晶粒界面之间可能形成新的具有高活性的酸碱活性中心对。纯ZrO2的活性低于Mg2Al1-LDO和MgZrAlO型氧化物,MgZrAlO型氧化物在Zr的负载量≤20 %时,负载量对活性影响不显著,当负载量增加到30 %时,转化率有明显下降。5 %MgZrAlO-500的重复使用性明显优于Mg2Al1-LDO-500,这可能与洗涤过程中MgZrAlO型氧化物可吸水形成Zr-OH有关。
