由图5-3可以看出,N、S和N-S共掺杂都可以增强TiO2光催化剂在可见光区(λ>400 nm)的吸收,这为光催化剂在降解过程中利用可见光提供了可能。N-S共掺杂在可见光区的吸收最大,说明N和S的掺杂可能有协同作用。N掺杂TiO2的吸收波长比S掺杂TiO2的吸收波长红移的更多,说明N元素的掺杂可以更好的改变TiO2的光学性质。
    根据公式3-4分别计算不同组分掺杂TiO2的禁带宽度列于表5-2中。由表可以看出,与纯TiO2的禁带宽度相比,非金属掺杂TiO2的禁带宽度均减小。

It can be seen from Figure 5-3 that all N,S and N-S co-doping can enhance the absorption of TiO2 photocatalyst in visible light (λ> 400 nm), which make the using of visible light in the degradation process of the photocatalyst possible. The absorption of N and S co-doping in the visible light was the maximum, indicating the doping of N and S may have synergistic effects. The absorption wavelength of N-doped TiO2 shifts to  longer wavelength more than that of S-doped TiO2, indicating the changing of the optical properties of TiO2 induced by the N doping was better.

The band gap of different components doped TiO2 were calculated according to the formula 3-4, and shown in Table 5-2. As can be seen from the table, comparing to pure TiO2, all the band gap width of non-metal doped TiO2 were reduced.
