请教：撤稿该如何写信？（英文的）

| 注：由于投稿快两个月了，还没到编辑手中，速度很慢，而且查到该期刊审稿周期都在一年以上，想撤稿。求撤稿信的写法。（要英文的） |

Dear Editor, Please excuse me for taking some of your time. Since we submitted our manuscript (Ref. No###) to your journal, more than 4 months have passed. However, the situation of our manuscript is still in “Editor Assignment Pending”. We have contact with you two times by E-mail, but no status change. Since I will graduate this year. Whether this paper publication or not means a lot to me. I wonder whether I can receive the reviewer’s comments as soon as possible. If so, I can do some further work regarding the paper before graduation. Based on these reasons, we have to withdraw our manucript at present although we really desire for possible publication in your journal. We are really sorry for our decision but we think it is imperative. We are really thank you for what you have done for us and apologized for the inconvenience we brought to you. Kind regards, |

Dear editor, Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a paper to **three months ago. The paper is still under review now. We feel really sorry to tell you that we want to withdraw our manuscript (Ms.Ref.No.**), because we want to do further study about the part of validation of *and the *. In the figure *,the difference between * and * has something wrong. Based on these reasons, we decided to not revise our manucript at present. We are really sorry for our decision but we think it is imperative. We are really thank you for what you have done for us. Best regards |
