用D /max-rA型X射线衍射仪测定样品的物相,在JEM-2000EX型透射电镜上对样品的形态和粒径大小进行观测,并通过紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱测试样品在不同波长下的光吸收性能,利用X-射线光电子能谱分析样品中N、S元素的掺杂情况,以甲基橙为目标降解物,表征样品的光催化活性。 请不要直接复制翻译软件的结果。。。。。。。。 |

of model D /max-rA, and both morphology and granularity of the sample were measured using a TEM of model JEM-2000EX. in addition, the optical absorption of the sample at different wavelengths was estimated from measurements of the scattered reflection-absorption spectra in UV to visible light bands, and the photocatalytic activity of the sample was characterized by setting 甲基橙 as the target decomposed material. in order to determine both N and S dopants in the sample, XES was employed. LOL |
