[交流] 昨天收到编辑的邮件，我是不是被拒的不能再投这个期刊了？

呵呵谢谢各位我会努力好好大修一番争取投个更好的投上了再散币币感谢

投稿两个月，昨天终于收到编辑的邮件，我是不是被拒的不能再投这个期刊了？要是我按审稿人要求修改一下是不是就可以再投？见别人投的有大修，小修，俺的是不是属于被拒了那种？请各位高手指点初投文章的偶。不甚感激啊！！！
以下是编辑和审稿人的除涉及文章具体内容的部分意见，我除了好好改内容外还要注意什么，有谁比较明白编辑和审稿人的意见。请多指点！
