自参加工作以来,主要从事有机合成化学及理论有机化学研究。2010 年入选江苏省高校“ 青蓝工程” 优秀青年骨干教师。作为第一作者或通讯联系人,在《Org. Chem. Front.》、《Chem. Eur. J.》、《Org. Lett.》、《J. Org. Chem.》、《Org. Biomol. Chem.》、《Tetrahedron Lett.》、《Tetrahedron》、《J. Comb. Chem.》、《Synlett》、《Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.》、《J. Fluorine Chem.》、《J. Heterocyclic Chem.》和《中国化学》等国内外SCI 期刊上发表学术论文多篇。作为项目主持人,已经完成徐州市自然科学基金2项(XJ07065、XM09B016),江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目1 项(09KJA430003),国家自然科学基金专项基金1 项(21242014)及国家自然科学基金面上项目一项(21372101)。现主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目一项(21871113)。

江苏师范大学化学与材料科学学院拥有400 MHz核磁共振仪、单晶衍射仪、高分辨质谱仪、液质联用仪等有机合成必备的仪器。我们实验室有专用的高效液相色谱仪、手套箱、光化学反应器等合成、分析仪器。此外,学校订购了SciFinder、ACS等数据库,科研的软硬件设施齐全。本课题组欢迎一切有识之士合作研究,同时也欢迎愿意从事有机专业的同学来我们实验室学习。本实验室的主要研究方向为氮杂环卡宾(NHC)催化的环状化合物的合成及理论有机化学。我们的信念是:英雄不问出处,做最好的自己,我们共同努力!每个学生,我们都会认真对待,保证愿意学习的学生从我们实验室毕业后,会查资料,会做实验,会写论文(或专利)。部分优秀的学生,会自己寻找研究课题。
