In nineties the twentieth century, Scammerlls and others found A1 adenosine receptor antagonist in the treatment of cardiovascular, Ishibashi and others synthsesized 5-a reductase inhibitors and something else in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.these kinds of agents have a more prominent role due to the benzene and furan ring in the structure . As time goes by,more researchers will put more concern on the further research of the biological activity of heterocyclic compounds. |
