请教 版权转移书如何签？

一篇文章刚被接收（taylor的）。 想请教一下，同意出版的版权书中，下面这部分什么意思，是不是中国的作者就不用签了？ YOUR STATUS □ I am the sole author of the Article Please indicate if any of the statements below also apply to you: □ I am UK, Canadian or Australian Government employee and claim Crown Copyright □ I am a US Government employee and there is no copyright to transfer □ I am an NIH employee and there is no copyright to transfer.
