中药炮制原理的核心是中药在炮制后药性发生了改变,根源是其物质基础和生物活性发生变化。当归不同炮制品在临床上广泛使用,不同炮制品所治疗的疾病不同;我们前一个国家基金项目研究发现,当归不同炮制品体外抗自由基和脂质过氧化的作用有明显差别,许多研究也证明当归不同炮制品具有不同的药效,其炮制机理非常有必要深入研究。本研究拟以甘肃主产区当归炮制前后物质基础变化为切入点,进行当归不同炮制品化学成分系统研究,探明当归各炮制品主成分群的组成和量比关系及变化规律,鉴定炮制前后明显减少和增加以及新增减特征成分;对当归炮制前后的物质基础、生物活性变化进行统计分析,揭示炮制改变当归药性的科学内涵变化规律,以科学内涵变化为纽带分析炮制与药性改变间的相关性;并以特征成分及成分群为主要指标结合其它水分、性状、显微结构变化、灰分、酸不溶性灰分、薄层鉴别等指标制定不同炮制品的质量标准。 The properties of Chinese meteria medica(CMM) change is a core of processing principle of Chinese herbal medicine, its origin being the material base and bioactivity change. The difference within the processed materials of Angelica Sinensis widely used in clinical practice and its diseases treated is different. There existed significant differences among these different processed products on antioxidative activity and lipid peroxidation in vitro by our discovered in previous National Fund Projects and the results were in accordance with other related research, so it is necessary to study the processing principle of Angelica Sinensis. The study should cut in from material base change of different processed products of Angelica Sinensis. The chemical constituents make a system study for Angelica Sinensis in order to find out mainly chemical compositions,its chemical composition changed and the quantity relative ratio relationship among different compositions, identification the structure and holistic constitute of characteristic constituents of the different processed products. On this basis, statistical analysis for the changing of material base and bioactivity so as to reveal the scientific variation law of CMM before and after processing and analyze the processing and CMM relationship with variation law. Then, the characteristic constituents can be used in one important of the quality control standards and combined traditional identification, TLC, water content, ash content and so on to establish the quality standard of different products. |
