老师,您好,我在学习用ansys体生热率热源做t型钢板的温度场和应力场的分析,用的是一篇博士论文里的数据,工况是两层焊缝,第一层焊接速度为0.01m/s,第二层为0.005m/s,中间间隔10s,焊后冷却1800s,算出来的温度场结果有问题。
主要的问题就是两层焊缝的第一个荷载步和最后一个荷载步对应的温度会升高,而且两层焊缝的温度不一样。第一层两端为3000度左右,中间的荷载步为2000度,第二层两端为1800度,中间为1600度左右,而论文里都是1880左右。
