[求助] 投JCIM的deep learning方向，连续3天被同一个理由unsubmitted。。。

如题，最近几天刚把稿子传上去，结果隔天就收到了unsubmitted，理由大致是说需要将用来生成结果的相关输入与参数文件上传至公开可用的网站，之后继续打包supporting information和上传GitHub，现在基本上是把正文和支撑材料的pdf以及LaTeX源文件，所有图的源文件和代码全都传上去了，代码数据集和模型文件也全都开源了，结果又收到了同样理由的unsubmitted。。。这是ACS上传材料时有打包要求还是说编辑就想随便找个理由直接拒了？

编辑传回来的意见大概有这几段话：
"We published an editorial about Data Sharing and Reproducibility of Scientific Results (see: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jcim.0c01389) where we state that "as a general rule, data, including all molecular structures and their properties or activities, should be made available in a machine-readable format as Supporting Information or via a publicly available repository without infringements or restrictions."

"The data used to generate your results including but not limited to input files, parameter files, topology files, etc. should be placed in a publicly available repository such as Zenodo or Github or as attachment to the Supporting Information."
