各位虫友： 本人有一篇大修，一个意见如下： The unrestrained use of P values in this retrospective study is unacceptable. If you wish to quote P values, outside the multivariable analysis, then please make formal statistical adjustments for multiple comparisons. 本人不太明白编辑的意思，请前辈不吝赐教！ 稿约上关于统计其中一段是 Appreciate that statistical significance tests show whether or not an effect could be due to chance and do not indicate the biological or clinical importance of any observed differences. Comment on the magnitude of the chief differences between the groups. Declare the level of statistical significance (usually P < 0.05) and state whether this refers to a one- or two-sided probability. Report the value of the test statistic and the P value. Make allowances for multiple comparisons by adjusting the P value.
