我做的壳聚糖的氨基和一个长链羧酸通过形成酰胺键相连 请问具体是如何通过H NMR计算壳聚糖衍生物的取代度？ （1） DS was calculated by comparing the ratio of linolenyl methyl protons ( 1.3 ppm) to sugar protons( 3.5-4.5 ppm) ，which can be defined as the number of linolenic acid groups per 100 anhydroglucose units of chitosan. The obtained DS was 1.8. 【J. Agric. Food Chem., Vol. 53, No. 2, 2005】 （2）DS, defined as the number of palmitoyl groups per 100 sugar residues of chitosan, was calculated by 1H NMR using the ratio of palmitoyl methyl protons (0.86 ppm) to H-2 protons ( 2.89 ppm) of chitosan. 【VOL. 3, NO. 2 MOLECULAR PHARMACEUTICS 】 为什么这两篇文献的计算方法不一样呢 |
