ETH（苏黎世联邦理工学院）世界顶级微纳机器人课题组博后职位，适合有PLD，PVD，氧化物相关经验的小伙伴，有兴趣请联系chenxian@ethz.ch Position Description: A 3-year postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Multi-Scale Robotics Lab at the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich). The topic of the research will focus on the mechanical behavior in ferroelectric and/or ferromagnetic oxide thin films, especially on the pursuit of the structural origin of the flexibility in free-standing ferroelectric oxide thin films released from substrates. Expected Qualifications: ? A Ph.D. degree in physics, materials, or mechanical engineering. ? Extensive experience in epitaxial oxide thin film deposition using PLD equipped with RHEED. ? Extensive knowledge in ferroelectric, piezoelectric, ferromagnetic, and magnetoelectric materials. ? Hands-on experience in characterizing oxide thin films, including but not limited to various X-ray techniques, Raman, AFM, PFM, MFM, VSM, and characterization of electrical properties such as dielectric and ferroelectric properties. ? Candidates must be self-motivated, collaborative, and easy to communicate. A good command of English is a must. ? Experience in synchrotron characterization is a plus but not a must. ? Experience in building setup for characterization is a plus but not a must. ? Experience in micromechanical testing is a plus but not a must. 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
