刚刚在通过学校的VPN查文献、看文献，突然跳出来一个F B I网页，这是啥原因呀？ 已有1人参与

我没干啥呀？还是说有人攻击我？还是广告贴（为啥投放给我？）？ 上传不了图片，大致内容如下： The Cyber Threat Malicious cyber activity threatens the public' s safety and our national and economicsecurity. The FB' s cyber strategy is to impose risk and consequences on cyberadversaries. Our goal is to change the behavior of criminals and nation-states whobelieve they can compromise U.S. networks, steal financial and intellectual property,and put critical infrastructure at risk without facing risk themselves. To do this, we useour unique mix of authorities, capabilities, and partnerships to impose consequencesagainst our cyber adversaries. The FBl is the lead federal agency for investigating cyber attacks and intrusions. Wecollect and share intelligence and engage with victims while working to unmask thosecommitting malicious cyber activities, wherever they are. Learn more about what you can do to protect yourself from cyber criminals, how youcan report cyber crime, and the Bureau's efforts in combating the evolving cyberthreat. |
