投稿AM没送审，编辑建议转投AS，请问会送审吗？已有9人参与

求助各位大佬，一个多月前投稿AM，一周内没送审被拒稿，但是编辑给了转投邮件，说不适合AM但是可能适合姊妹刊AS，并且说转投后很乐意送审，当时点了同意去AS，但是没有立即转投，最终转投的时候已经过了三十多天了。请问转投过去会送审吗？还有就是AS大概多久能接收？ 编辑原话如下： Unfortunately, following editorial evaluation, we are unable to consider it further for publication in Advanced Materials; however, we believe that your manuscript could be suitable for a sister journal with a more focused readership.
