I think the content of the paper is an interesting topic to the readers of HESS. The authors provide some important and new findings of xxxx. On the whole, this paper is well prepared, but it has some fundamental deficiencies. From the title we find that two key issues should be addressed in this paper, one is “xxxx”, the other is “xxxxx”. The authors give significant attention to the first issue but attach little importance to the second issue. So the title of this paper should be changed in order to match its contents. Otherwise, more discussions on the responses of 。。。。。。, etc, into account. 这个审稿人的意见是不是拒稿啊？？还是修改 可是就这么一段话 怎么改啊 |
