ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces is a new journal launched by ACS Publications in 2009. This journal seeks to publish high quality manuscripts that integrate knowledge in the areas of materials science, engineering, bio-related sciences, and chemistry into important applications. The quality of the manuscripts published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces is expected to be comparable to that of papers published in peer ACS journals such as Langmuir, Chemistry of Materials and Macromolecules.
